AbLe Avenue Return and Refund Policy

At AbLe Avenue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or if an item is not quite right, our returns policy is designed to be clear and compliant with UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return items for a refund if you simply change your mind.

  • Notification Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your complete order to notify us that you wish to make a return.

  • Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not return items to the address listed on your original delivery package. As we use multiple supplier facilities to fulfil orders, your package must be sent to our dedicated UK returns address to be processed correctly.

  1. Email our customer service team at [Insert Email Address] with your Order Number and the name of the item you wish to return.

  2. We will provide you with the correct UK return address and a returns authorisation number.

  3. Package the item securely and post it back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Clothes & Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items bearing signs of wear, makeup, or strong odours will not be accepted.

  • Home Goods: Must be unused and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Pet Supplies: For health and hygiene reasons, pet beds, toys, and accessories must be completely unused and free from animal hair.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless you are returning the entire order, in which case we will refund the standard delivery charge.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

For faulty or damaged goods, we will provide a prepaid returns label or reimburse your return postage costs, and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Under UK law, we will issue this refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have shipped the goods back to us (whichever is earlier).

Please note that it can take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exemptions

Certain types of goods cannot be returned for a refund if you simply change your mind. These include:

  • Custom-made or highly personalised items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
