This website is operated by Able Trading Limited, trading as AbLe Avenue. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to AbLe Avenue. By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products and Services

We operate a dropshipping model, sourcing our clothing, homeware, and pet supplies from various third-party suppliers. We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be precise. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Billing

All prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Because we source from multiple suppliers, delivery times and methods will vary. When you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will ensure goods are delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. 5. Returns and Refunds

Your right to cancel and return an order is protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You must not return items to the address on the shipping label. All returns must be coordinated through our customer service team and sent to our designated UK address. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, Able Trading Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude liability.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
