AbLe Avenue Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AbLe Avenue. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.

Please note that we currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing and Fulfilment

To bring you a diverse range of clothing, homeware, and pet supplies, we work with multiple carefully selected suppliers. Because of this, fulfilment times vary depending on the specific item ordered.

  • Orders are typically processed and sent to our suppliers within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Once processed, the time it takes for a supplier to prepare and dispatch your item will vary.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a subsequent email containing tracking information once your item has been dispatched.

Shipping Options and Costs

Because our products vary greatly in size and are sourced from different suppliers, shipping options and costs vary per product.

  • All available shipping options and exact costs for your specific basket will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

  • If your order contains multiple items from different suppliers, you may see a combined shipping rate at checkout.

Delivery Times and Split Shipments

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout based on the specific products in your basket and the shipping method selected.

  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers. In this case, your items will be dispatched separately and will arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries beyond what is quoted at checkout.

  • Legal Guarantee: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we ensure that all goods will be delivered to you without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the contract is entered into, unless a longer delivery timeframe was explicitly stated and agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the courier's system after you receive the email. If you are receiving a split shipment, you will receive separate tracking links for each parcel.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Deliveries

Under UK law, AbLe Avenue is legally responsible for your goods until they are delivered to your physical address or a nominated safe place.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your item has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. We will investigate with the courier and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.

  • Safe Place Deliveries: If you instruct the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, you assume responsibility for the goods once they are delivered to that specified location.
